YOUTH and YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

AXIOS (worthy of) – aka Food Fun Faith & Friendship :

After much thought and discussion the name for our youth group has now changed. New logo and images coming soon.

When: Wednesday  afternoons 3:10pm- 4:45pm (during School Term time)

Where: In the church annexe

Who: All students in Years 5 & 6 from any school are invited to come along to this group.
Registration is essential for parental permissions

RESCUED

This group is for high school students and will meet fortnightly at the Curran Centre in Coffs Harbour on Sunday evenings.

SUMMIT

A group for young adults aged 18-35. This group will meet fortnightly on a weekday

evening. The venue will alternate between St Augustine’s Parish Coffs Harbour  and MHOC Parish Sawtell.

About Amber 

“Amber Scanes is an energetic youth worker who spent two years as a youth ministry officer at St John Paul College, Coffs Harbour. Amber has led a variety of different youth outreach

events including outreaches across Africa and the Phillipines and the Lismore diocese. Amber is passionate about youth work and is currently studying a Bachelor of social work. Amber would describe herself as a modern day close friend of Jesus and strives to spread His love wherever she goes”.

Carolyn Tumminello and Amber Scanes both have the necessary working with Children approvals.
