  3. Select your parish by entering our parish name (Sawtell Parish)
  4. Enter your name and email address
  5. Click SIGN UP and an email will be sent to your email account
  6. Check the email account for a link to begin using FORMED.
  7.  Open the link and start browsing.

You can also download the FORMED app for easier access on devices once you have created an account.
